What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] I was delivering in the mailroom of the apartments at [REDACTED] One of the CBU 's is very hard to open and close in which I had already reported it to be fixed. At the moment that I was trying to close it I had to use more pressure than I usually do and at the moment I felt a pop on my left hand wrist and a lot of pain. When I woke up the [REDACTED] the pain was stronger and more radiated up my arm to my shoulder.
