What happened

At approximately [REDACTED] Employee was walking toward the mailbox for [REDACTED] to deliver the mail. The customers car has a damage front bumper which was extended into the walk path to the mailbox. While employee was making her way up to the box the broken side of the cars bumper snagged her pants causing her to fall on the ground hurting her right hip.
