Before the incident

delivering a package to a rural customer

What happened

Employee sprang her ankle while delivering a package. while walking she stepped off the edge of the sidewalk and twisted her right ankle. was at stop 34. they had 3 packages so i pulled into their driveway to take them to the door. i got the packages out and proceeded to take them to the door. as i turned around my right ankle fell off the curb and completely twisted under me. it instantly started throbbing and is swelling a bit.
