on [REDACTED] after returning from his route employee reported to management that he had been hand cuffed in back of a police car around [REDACTED] after there was a report of an robbery at the location he was at. whoever reported to police stayed that there was a mail carrier involved. So when the police arrived they hand cuffed him and put him in the back of the car for a half hour. The exact location to be determined. The police report is still pending.
