The PSE[REDACTED] was picking up packages out of a box to throw when the PM [REDACTED] came over to pick up the box with a pallet jack. The pallet jack ran over my foot. PSE[REDACTED] foot is now swelling up and she is in pain especially when she puts pressure on it. PSE-I. [REDACTED] was a witness to this incident.
