What happened

I slipped on a wet area and landed directly on my back. I sat there for a moment to collect the dropped mail. I then went back to the [REDACTED] where I decided I could continue with my work. While doing relay 11 my back pain got worse. I called Management to let him know. He asked me if I could run my packages which I did. from there I came back to the office.
