What happened

On [REDACTED] carrier texted Supervisor to let them know that they were rearended and that their body was sore. [REDACTED] Rural Carrier did not inform office that the vehicle she was assigned was rear ended at time of accident or when she returned to office. She sent a text when she got home. The carrier took it upon herself to go into ecomp and file she also to date has seen a dr twice without getting a [REDACTED]6 from the office signing [REDACTED] or getting [REDACTED]. There are many unknowns with regards to this situation and we will be controverting this claim. There is no damage to vehicle.
