What happened

On [REDACTED] [REDACTED] at approx. [REDACTED] City Carrier alleges as she exited the rear doors of the [REDACTED] she slipped hyperextended her leg and fell causing pain to her hip back knee and leg. Prior to the incident she stated that she had been cleaning out the vehicle after returning from her route. [REDACTED] texted the supervisor at [REDACTED] and called her at [REDACTED] to report the incident. She initially declined medical attention. Employee filed a CA-1 on [REDACTED] through e-COMP.
