On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] FTR carrier [REDACTED] from rt 40 called form a scanner and also informed me that she felt and hit her head. Carrier was walking to [REDACTED] and tripped on a lift cement. I asked if she needed medical attention and she said no but I told her to stop delivering and to stay and wait for a supervisor to make sure she was ok.
