Carrier had just finish dismounting to [REDACTED] As carrier was walking back to [REDACTED] two dogs got loose from [REDACTED] Carrier then dashed back to the truck and banged his knee while trying to hop back in. As carrier tried to close the door one dog got halfway in the truck and bit part of the sole of carrier 's shoe. Carrier sprayed the dog in the face and closed the door to the [REDACTED].
