At about [REDACTED] I was going inside [REDACTED] to deliver their mail. I slipped and fell on the floor hitting my left hand knuckles and left side of my body and thigh. It was raining hard and my rain gear was dripping with rain water. I hit my left side of my body bruised on my left hand knuckles bruised on my left thigh and sore on shoulder and hips.
