Employee statement of events: On [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] [REDACTED] called and said I was being pulled out of my station. he gave me no explanation and i was told to report to [REDACTED] is Plano. I reported the [REDACTED] to was put in a section of the building by myself I informed [REDACTED] that I go into anaphylaxis from stress and I sat two epi pens on the table to show him what he would have to do then he left me there around [REDACTED] my tongue started to swell and throat closing. Anaphylaxis had started.
