I was performing a discharge room clean using standard cleaning procedures.

What happened

After finishing the room I started to feel a tearing pain in the left foot tendon when I 'm walking or putting pressure to the foot I had gone home after thinking it would recover for the night it had worsened the [REDACTED] to a point I walk with a slight limp.
