What happened

Sales Service employee had to pick up a large heavy package from an orange hamper. The straps on the side of the hamper were zip tied to the nobs and the employee could not remove the straps to make it easier to get a good grip on the package. The employee lifted the heavy package but felt a pulling sensation in her lower back.
