This incident occurred on [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED]. I was leaving work for an emergency when I went down the stairs to the first floor I opened the door going out to the first floor there was a yellow caution sign that was inserted in between the door and jam so that someone would not have to use their key to get in. The caution sign was not opened up but just placed in the door jam to prop the door open 1 inch. When I went to open the door the sign fell down between my left and rig
