Before the incident

Trying to move a pallet to make room for ladder so that he could change light bulb

What happened

The employee was trying to move a pallet by hand so he could get a ladder into the area to change some lamps in a fixture hanging from the ceiling. This had to be done by hand because there wasnt enough room to get a pallet jack into the area. After taking a few boxes off the pallet to lighten the load the employee began to move the pallet by hand. It moved a couple of times but on the last attempt it hit the pallet next to it and came to an abrupt halt felt a huge strain with a rippling effect in his bicep.
