Before the incident

At around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] [REDACTED] worker was working at returns workstation 18. They said at the start of the shift the workstation had lots of clutter and had boxes of shoes on the ground.

What happened

The worker said as they turned around in the station they tripped over the boxes of shoes on the floor and caught themselves on the workstation with their right hand. When they caught themselves on the workstation they felt pain and discomfort in their right shoulder. They stated that it was uncomfortable to lift their arm.
