What happened

On [REDACTED] a Materials Coordinator was walking from dock door 32 towards [REDACTED] parking area when they tripped on strapping connected to a pallet in the 3PL area in front of dock door 29. The Athlete tripped despite trying to catch their balance & caught their self using their hands to avoid their full body hitting the ground. The athlete was in pain as they had suffered a first aid injury [REDACTED]. On [REDACTED] the athlete requested additional medical care & was set up with Concentra Telemedicine with required interpreter. The Athlete was diagnosed with a strain of the right wrist & prescribed restrictions by Concentra telemedicine physician. Due to prescribed restrictions athlete was accommodated onsite for 2 shifts in a modified role making this an [REDACTED] Event
