Blending Operator was heading to perform another task after removing bags and plastic out of makeshift garbage bin to find trying to find a product pipe clamp.

While traveling around another employee coworker and headed to do another task the Blending Operator slipped on a bag or water that was on the floor. As a result causing him to lose his balance and fall to the floor. He got up after the fall and proceeded to work. He then felt a bit of soreness which prompted him to notify his supervisor of the incident.

Strain of thoracic spine and lumbar strain.

Slip trip or fall hazard-water or ingredient bag plastic on the floor.

Blender slipped on an ingredient bag juice that was on the floor while going to do another task after looking for a pipe clamp. Resulting in a lumbar strain.
