What happened

[REDACTED] went out onto the piece to cut it loose from the crane. After disconnecting the hooks from the chokers [REDACTED] turned to then disconnect the chockers. The crane operator boomed down into the center of the bay to grab the next piece. As the hook was coming down the ball swung back towards [REDACTED] and hit him in the back knocking him off the steel.
