Before the incident

While walking from one side of the workstation to the other the associates foot got hung up on the air hose to the air knife causing the knife to fall and poke the back of the leg

What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Cured tire classifier stated that they are pushing tires back to the West side line to push tires to the West side balance machines When the associate turned to go back to the East side the air hose to the air knife hung the associates shoe causing the air knife to fall off the designated stand and striking their right leg
