Associate dictates I was walking in to unlatch my bladder As I reached in to unlatch the platform under my foot gave way and I fell while trying to hold myself up My heat sleeves dragged down as I fell and my arms touched the platen

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] a Mold and Bladder changer was working on the 500row changing out a bladder on curing press 504 Associate stated when they went to unlatch the bladder from the bladder truck boom latch the floor grating the associate was standing on slid out from underneath the associate causing the associate to fall
