replacing runner on coil run

The cover for the buggy pit had been removed to allow access to pump the pit and inspect the hydraulic lines on the buggy as part of an outage. A tech was working to replace the wooden runner along the buggy run as another part of the outage. The tech was working in a kneeling position and when we stood back up he slipped lost his balance and fell into the pit. He was able to climb out of the pit under his own power.
