What happened

Employee was working at the Adco. After clearing a jam he walked sideways along the adco to turn on the machine. While walking he bumped his knee into the yellow bollard. He immediately left the floor and told his supervisor. The employee was given an ice pack and rested the remainder of his shift. Employee returned to work the following day ([REDACTED]) with a personal crutch and was sent to Concentra for evaluation and treatment
