Gathering his stuff to go home.

What happened

: On [REDACTED] at around [REDACTED] Employee bent over and when he got up he felt an intense amount of pain on this left side of his lower back. He was not picking up anything and no one was around. Once he could start moving from the pain he then reported to the Foreman. He showed up the [REDACTED] with the same pain and that 's when we directed him to get seen by the medic on site. We proceeded to send him home.
