What happened

EMPLOYEE CAME IN THE DOOR WITH TWO BAGS IN EACH ARM. WHEN THE EMPLOYEE WENT TO OPEN THE DOOR TO GO WALK UP THE STAIRS WHEN THE DOOR HIT THE EMPLOYEE ON HEER BACK CAUSING HER TO LOSE BALANCE AND FALL AND HIT HER HEAD. DOOR CAUGHT HER FOOT AS WELL. BOTH HANDS WERE FULL AND STRUGGLED TO OPEN THE DOOR.
