The Customer Was In The Side Lot And The Ee Was Taking Stall Mats Off A Palette And Putting It Into The Vehicle And While Getting Down The Customer Pulled Forward With The Ee In The Back Of The Vehicle. This Caused The Ee Lower Back To Get A Strain Due To Being Whiplashed The Vehicle.
