What happened

She placed one foot onto a 16 step stool. Foot was barely on the stool majority of the foot overhanging the edge of the stool. She transferred her other foot to the stool while all her body weight was on the one foot on the edge of the stool the stool flipped over causing her to fall across the stool and striking a nearby workbench.
