On [REDACTED] At Around [REDACTED] [REDACTED] Ee Was Dropping Off A Pallet At Racking Location 208 When They Lost Control Of The Pit After Completing A Wide Turn That Placed Them In The Direction Of A Nearby Column Causing Them To Crash Into It During The Crash The Ee Instinctively Stuck Their Left Hand Out Of The Pit To Break The Crash Which Resulted On A Left Thumb Laceration And A Left Pinky Dislocation
