What happened

said that he was a two people assist since I was the only one there I used the Gait-belt for safety. When lifting resident the first time he was weak. I gave him a few minutes and we tried again second time he put his arms around me and when he tried standing he stood for about 2 seconds and let go of is weight completely pulling my neck downwards leaving me in a very uncomfortable croutched position my neck area and lower lumbar spine were the areas hurting afterwards.
