What happened

A surgical patient came up to the room on a surgical bed and we had to transfer the patient from the surgical bed to 3W bed. We put a slide sheet under the patient. The surgical nurse was going to push the patient while I pull the patient. I tried using my pulling strength how I usually do but i didn?t get enough assist from the other side so I instinctively pulled harder and wasn?t prepared to bare the weight on my body and ended up feeling a lot of pain in my lower back.
