Employee was sitting at the work desk located towards the front of [REDACTED] area. Employees was racking parts. While racking parts something got in his left eye.

What happened

Employee was not wearing safety glasses while racking parts. Residue on the rack can flake off as parts are being racked. Additionally. the area where the desk sit is also directly under the railing for the hoist which regularly has paint and rust particles falling.
