Line went down due to paper break. Upon investigating it was determined paper broke due to blocking. [REDACTED] tried removing paper by hand unsuccessfully. Eo then tried to remove paper with scissors. Scissors slipped out of paper striking left hand between thumb and index finger causing laceration.
