EE was holding a piece of UMHW plastic in place to be attached to the conveyor belt. A coworker was drilling a hole through the metal and plastic so it could be bolted in place. The two workers couldn 't see each other as there was a metal wall in between them. The EE drilling accidentally drilled through the metal and caught the injured EE 's hand holding the plastic.
