What happened

[REDACTED] was providing care for a resident in the bathroom and when [REDACTED] tried to get the resident off the toilet w help from the resident she felt a pull in her left shoulder. [REDACTED] continued to work taking Tylenol to help with the pain; however this was not effective. The floor was running short staffed this particular weekend. As the shift went on so did the pain.
