Before the incident

EE was cutting open a pallet of shrink wrap rolls when one of the rolls fell onto the top of his foot.

What happened

EE was removing the shrink wrap from a pallet of roles of shrink wrap which had been re-stacked at some earlier time. one of the rolls was hanging off the edge of the pallet which was a ground level. it fell over and landed on top of his foot. The roll ways 50-pounds.
