after having made a repair on the box former machine of the purity line went to pick up a box that had fallen to remove it and start production his hand activated the box presence sensor and automatically activated the advance of the pneumatic cylinder when the cylinder was coming back it crushed [REDACTED] 's right hand causing an open wound on his right ring finger.
