My patient in [REDACTED] was scheduled for CT scan and transporter came to pick him up and came to ask me to go disconnect the IV fluids I got up at the nursing station and tripped over a straight back chair falling forward into the cabinet and tossing me back on to the floor and passed out I was recovered in the ED had a concussion swollen forehead swollen chin neck and shoulder pain
