nurse walked by patient room patient standing beside bed alone very unsteady on feet holding onto bed rails nurse attempted to assist pt to bed but refused wanted to go to chair nurse assisted to go to chair then pt changed mind last min decided to walk opposite away pt stumbled backwards but no fall grabbed nurse left pinky finger and pulled down and backwards on it nurse able to press button call bell for assistance
