Was responding to a code response in the ED outer lobby The patient was screaming and lunging at his guardian We had to help transport the patient to the trap room while they were screaming and waving their arms Once we got the patient sitting in a chair I was right in front of him and he struck me in the face leading down all of my face Then I walked out the room while other teammates helped control the patient
