What happened

Aggressive patient kicked me in the upper chest causing me to fall to the floor rolling my ankle I tried to stand and could not bear any weight on my ankle so I fell right back to the floor I stunned the patient one last time and ED Emergency Department staff then pulled me away because I told them I could not stand because of my ankle I was checked in for emergency treatment and informed that I had suffered an ankle fracture to my right ankle I was treated and referred to Ortho Carolina for a follow up appt I also informed [REDACTED] police officers that I would be pressing charges on the patient due to the assault
