Before the incident

opened up automated palletizer to remove damaged ice cream that had fallen from a pallet.

What happened

In the process of picking up damaged ice cream there was a stream of hydraulic fluid that was leaking from palletizer C to palletizer B. As he maneuvered through the palletizer around the slip sheet magazine he stepped on the fluid which jolted his momentum forward. when his boot caught grip of the concrete his knee was twisted in an awkward position which he herd felt a tear.
