Employee was unloading a trailer when a piece of freight- 7x7 foot pallet was loaded wrong. He was trying to unload it with a forklift because he was unable to use the forklift due to how it was loaded and during this process the banding around the pallet snapped and the whole pallet came down on him; landing on his legs left mostly.
