Another vehicle hit him on the passenger side of the vehicle causing him to hit the median barrier. He was wearing his seatbelt the airbags did not deploy and he was able to get out of his vehicle after the accident. He has back pain right worse than the left and a mild headache from hitting his head on the head rest.
