EE stated he was entering the trailer and started scraping the freight and as he was tucking the strap into the freight and in the trailer they have loading beams and as he was going to the left one of the beams are lower than the others and he bumped his forehead on the beam. EE stated he felt a pinch on his neck and have a stiff neck from the way his neck hit the beam.
