Employee was lifting landing gear onto a trailer. As he was cranking it the crank loosened and spun hitting him in the nose and right cheek. Faint bruising around his nose and underneath his right eye. No bleeding. bruising approximately 2 inches. Blurry vision that causes him to be off balanced. Pain 6-7 10. EE referred to the ER.
