CNA and 2 other staff members were attempting to put the patient back in bed after bath to finish placing on diaper. Patient was not cooperating. He was swinging at staff members in the room. They were holding his arms so that he could not swing while the CNA attempted to place the diaper. The patient kicked the CNA in lower chest epigastric area.
