What happened

While drying water off of conveyor belt a colling tunnel door arm gave way resulting in the cooling door falling downward striking the employee in the head. The door pushed the employee 's head downward causing her to strike her left eye onto a cooler condensate catch pan and lacerating her left eye brow.
