I stated that I will need to complete an I Reportbut the associated stated that he was in pain and that he wasn 't going to be able to sit and complete one. He did seem to be leaning forwardwith his hands on the table. He stated that he will be going to seek medical treatment and that he reached out to [REDACTED]. The associate did mention maybe get an x-ray done. I did approve the associate to leave due to him feeling discomfort.]
