What happened

I was worker on a pallet jack. i was asked to put on a chain on the pallet jack so no one else could you use it. I put the chain in the vice and titan to make one of the links of the chain to make it bigger to be able to put a bolt through it. When I went to use the drill I was holding the chain with me left hand and drill with my right hand. Drill got caught in the chain and came of vice. Which in turn I was holding chain and wrapped chain around my thumb and the bit of the drill bit pinch my thumb.
